Until further notice, we do not have a service provider for dumping holding tanks into our sewer plant. Lot owners can haul their own waste from their RV to the dumping stations or hire a contractor to pump their tank. Any contractors must haul may not pump into our tank plan it must be hauled outside. The board is working to rectify this situation. Sorry for any inconvenience. The board is working to rectify this situation. Sorry for any inconvenience.

As a private campground, we are not open to the public and do not offer any kind of overnight rentals or short term stays. While owners may always access their lot and stay anytime throughout the year, and their camper may remain in place through the year, lots cannot be used as the principal or primary residence of the lot owner.
All lots are individually deeded and each owner becomes part of the Dogwood Lake Lot Owners Association with a vote and a voice for each lot they own. In this way, every owner is invested in the park and has the opportunity to help guide the future of the campground. Each lot pays an annual fee that covers park maintenance and management. We operate under the guidelines of our Covenants, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, in conjunction with Warren County regulations. Additional established policies and procedures help ensure the safety and security for all owners. All documents can be found under the Policies and Forms section. Management of the park is coordinated through an elected Board of Directors and on site Caretakers.

Dogwood Lake was first established in 1977. We are a private and gated campground subdivision just three miles from the Interstate 70 and State Highway 47 intersection, with the park entrance located directly on Highway 47. It was originally known as the Ramada Camp Inn Resort and our main Dogwood Lake may still show "Ramada Camp Inn Lake" on GPS.
Nestled deeply in tall, mature trees, our park is full of native flora and wildlife. We have an abundance of Dogwood trees that bloom prolifically in the spring. We are conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants located in Warrenton, but with the peacefulness of feeling far away from the noise and busyness.
We have a variety of amenities and activities throughout our managed season designed to build our community and bring all our owners together. Fishing is a popular past time with our large ten acre lake and three smaller fishing lakes.
Our clubhouse hosts many family friendly events and activities throughout the season. Other favorites to enjoy are the swimming pool, corn hole pits, a community firepit and terrace, and a playground area for the children.
